India's largest gold loan lender, Muthoot Finance IPO(a part of the diversified Muthoot Group) is fully subscribed on Day 3 after muthoot finance ipo subscription IPO Opens on 18 April 2011 and muthoot finance ipo subscription IPO Closing date is21 April 2011. The IPO of muthoot finance opened on Monday to raise up to Rs 900 crore from the primary market. As per current status that initial public offer (IPO) of Muthoot Finance (INDIA's largest gold financing company) got over subscribed 7.09 times till 1500 hrs on the third day of issue.

Till 12:00 noon on Wednesday the issue was subscribed close to 0.46 times. “The issue, priced in a band of Rs 160-175 per share, would see the company issuing 5.15 crore fresh equity shares or 13.85 per cent dilution of the promoters holding. This would bring down the promoters’ stake in the family-run enterprise to 80.12 per cent,” Group Chairman MG George Muthoot finance told reporters in Mumbai.
